Creative Team Information

Would you like to be a part of the Create Scrapbooks Creative Team?

We are always looking for creative and passionate people who love to share their talents. If you think you have what it takes to join our Create Scrapbooks Creative Team, we have several different ways you can participate!

The CS Creative Team regularly commits to:creating fun and original projects (mostly scrapbooking, papercrafting, stamping, home decor/altered projects, & mixed media), giving product recommendations/reviews, writing step-by-step instructions, taking clear photos of completed projects, blogging about papercrafting, teaching via webcam/microphone on the Create Scrapbooks live shows, making crafty YouTube videos, using die cut machines (including but not limited to the Silhouette Cameo) and/or your computer for crafting, and connecting to our community through our Facebook page, Twitter, and our weekly newsletter.

CS promotes YOU and your blog/website/products/ideas through our many avenues including: Facebook,twitter, our website, YouTube videos, and our newsletter. We may have sponsors that provide us with product to review, use, etc. and you will occasionally receive them in exchange for your awesome talents and time. The best part? You get to be a part of a fun group of ladies that share your same passion, be able to share with the world your wonderful ideas through our fantastic interactive live shows, be a part of the growing CS site (we have done all of the hard work for you by creating our site, logo/brand, and community – you get to reap the benefits)… and get projects completed on your t0-do list.

Your commitment does not need to be in all areas listed above, although the more you are comfortable doing/learning is a huge plus. We would ask that you give us a clear idea of what you’d like to bring to the CS table and for what time frame (monthly, bimonthly, quarterly, etc.) upfront.

We definitely give preference to creatives that are: willing to work as a team, communicate well (written and verbal), are pretty tech-saavy (meaning you can take great photos of your own projects, write up a wordpress blog post with little instruction, have a webcam/microphone that works well, answer emails, and use our online planning tools effectively), and can plan weeks and/or months ahead on projects. We take pride in everything we do here at CS, so we always ask you to put your best foot forward and take a professional approach to everything you do that involves Create Scrapbooks. We want to build and maintain a long-term relationship with our viewers and CS Creative Team members.

What is the first step to see if this is right for you and CS?

Email terri@createscrapbooks.com if you would like more information or would like to join the team. Give us as much information as possible so that we can get a better idea of what you’d like to bring to CS (make sure to include your blog address, Design Team positions/experience you’ve had regarding papercrafting, and your favorite skills/tools). You can be a guest on the live show with a project and we’ll see if the fit is right for you and the CS Creative Team. It is easy.
